Layered Jello Parfaits

Easiest. Dessert. Ever.
(But it is just so YUM!)
Serves 4

Ingredients

4 pack of Jello cups, your favorite flavor.
One tub original Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries (4, drain and pat dry)

Instructions

(This is hardly even a recipe, more of a reminder of an simple dessert from childhood It looks pretty and is just about the easiest thing possible!)

Drain your cherries and pat dry, set aside
Open the jello cups and spoon out the jello into a small mixing bowl.
"Chop" the jello up with a spoon so it makes little bejeweled crumbles.
Into each of four dessert cups, layer a few spoonfuls of jello, then cool whip, alternating layers with a final topping of cool whip, then add one cherry for decoration. Your family will be so happy!
