Fajita seasoning - Low Sodium
Amazing, flavorful, and you'll never miss the sodium!
If you have a favorite spice packet already, you can also mix half with this to lower your overall sodium while keeping the flavor you love.
Adjust cayenne to your desired heat level - and use 2 Tbsp of mixture per 1 lb ground meat as a start - amount you use is up to you.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried cilantro
1 Tbsp cumin
1 TEASPOON cayenne pepper
Instructions
Measure ingredients into a small bowl, mix well with a whisk or fork.
Store mixture in a glass spice jar or a plastic container, with airtight lid.
Mix will keep well in cupboard for several months.
I like to make 2 or 3 times the base amount each time I make this.
